Throughout her 15+ year training career, she has trained many women focusing on their strength, confidence and mindset. She firmly believes that weight training is a key component of a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. There’s nothing more rewarding than guiding her clients through trying things they never thought they could do. She focuses on habit building and lifestyle changes that will last a lifetime.

Bev has been a personal trainer since November 2018 after leaving a potential career in finance. She specializes in resistance training and boxing. As a trainer, she enjoys educating and helping women build healthy and long-lasting habits through a sustainable approach. Bev believes everyone is capable of having a healthy lifestyle with the right mindset.

Sara’s fitness journey began at the age of 12 when she sought out a trainer to help her with her horseback riding career, ironically, that trainer was Maida herself. What started as a way to improve her riding, quickly turned into a lifelong passion to pursue a career in fitness. Having experienced the ups and downs of her own journey, she understands the challenges that come with it. Her mission is to help women become the happiest and healthiest versions of themselves, and embrace the reality that life and the journey are not perfect, but that we are strong enough to overcome whatever obstacles come our way. The best part of training is witnessing the moment when clients realize they can do it, because she knows that self-realization is one of the most powerful tools for self-love and growth.

Asia has always been extremely passionate about health and fitness and started her personal training career in 2022! There is nothing that is more satisfying than playing such an integral role in making a positive change in someone’s life. She loves that strength training can be so many things different things for people, whether it’s weight loss, improving health problems, or having a better quality of life. She starts each day happy and excited to get to be with clients and to help them reach their goals!

Nikki began her fitness journey in 2020, a decision that shaped the woman she is today. What started as a hobby quickly grew into a passion for training, leading her to earn her CPT and begin her personal training career with a mission to help women build strength and confidence. Guided by her motto “do it scared,” Nikki inspires courageous movement in and out of the gym.

With a background in HR, finance and a Business Commerce degree, Salma brings a structured and organized approach to personal training, helping clients stay consistent, set realistic goals, and feel supported every step of the way. She is passionate about creating a safe, empowering space for women to learn how to train confidently, build strength, and reduce the risk of injury through smart technique and coaching.
Salma is proudly Palestinian/Arab and well-travelled, and she believes fitness should feel empowering, sustainable, and personal.
