Women Who Lift's “Next Level” is an ongoing class for those who have completed the Intro Class. It builds on the foundational skills learned in Intro, with a greater emphasis on strength training and increased intensity. As always, we continue to prioritize proper form and technique while introducing new exercises to expand your movement library.
We also host a nutrition call where you can ask questions and receive support on building sustainable habits and lasting behavior change.
